Today mommy went to MDRO day (Msian Dog Responsible Ownership Day) not with me, but with her male human. sigh... Mommy don wan me liaw ? haha no la. I havent get my 3rd jab yet, so for safety wise, she don dare to bring me there.. But, her male human Jab dono how many times liaw, so safe to go..
Anyway, mommy was planning to get some pics one... BUT>> the forgetful her din bring her Handphone.. (Laugh until stomach ache)
Wah.. She had fun with the male human... makes me a little bit jealous >-(
She today after went to MDRO Day, spot here and there for other human doggie frens, and watched the talented dogs playing the games and competing..wah ! Mommy so excited ! But anyway, din take photo also nvm lo.. next time lo mommy.. don sad k? wait when i go with u next round, then u take photo of me kau kau la ha !
oh ya.. Mommy took home goody bag for me. But inside, i tot got nice stuff. but only got shampoo and beggin strips, and some leaflets. Beggin strips are the Purina brand super tasty treats released just recently in Msia.. Hehe !

eh...me too....i'm going to a hospital near my area....but damn teruk...no pay punya...
yaya.. my placement in that hospital also not a single cent payed.. I applied few hospitals around Msia.. and 2 gave me responses.. ALL NO PAY
last year also.. medical lab.. no pay...
i think hospitals are like that. or should i say, medical industry just so kiam siap. sigh..
the best job with the best pay is still doing research. bravo !
how many times do u need to do it??
my degree onli required once....so next year i shall no longer doing any 'no pay job'...
i need to do 3 times. each times is after 1 year of study. means 1 year, do once for 2 mths.
so last year after completing my year 1, i did 2 mths training. this year, year 2 complete, im doing 2 mths again. then next year, final year completion, i do another 2 mths, then go into workforce. haha ! of cos 3rd year one must perform well la.. then the emplyer will hire u as permanent lab technician or research assistant lo..
wa... so nice one.. do once oni.. suffer also suffer once oni..
last year, i did suffer. cus my ssupervisors 4 of them tot i was just a stupid kid. haha ! but i managed to prove to them what i knoe also.. keke
i was pretty worried....eventhough i worked b4 as a promoter n also office worker...i never work in lab b4...wonder wat will happen if i made mistake...
did d supervisor guide u along...or juz simply gv order n let u work out urself?
ohhh that u dont have to worry..
supervisors nowadays dont really look up on us private uni students one.. especially those who work so long in the lab (except some very kind one..) they might wont even let u put hands on. they might just ask u to observe lo.. and u will be standing there like what the whole day
for me, maybe im so sampat and always wana do work (i dont like the idea of standing there like a fool the whole day for a whole 2 mths...), and i always ask them - can i try? can i try ? then at last they let me observe for 2 weeks then let me do lo...
dont worry they will sure supervise u from behind .. just make sure at first, do everything slowly and carefully.. in the middle of the process, if u not sure. must ask - m i doing the right thing?
if they say yes, then continue do lo... i think the only thing they might order u to do without much supervision is the photocopying of patient's data form (if any)
if u make mistake.. then must keep at bay.. cus its all about patients life.. sommore work in the lab.. sure got patients data and report.. and since u r working in the lab..u will be running test dealing with patients blood samples and urines.. maybe organs or other things. well., if u make mistakes with the examinations, then the report will come out faulty..
if serius case, the patient might get wrong test diagnosis..
so thats y working in the lab.. every single smal small things, u must take caution.. its dealing with human life..

coz my lecturer told me tat diff hospital hv a diff way of treating d trainees...
d worst i heard b4 is Sunway Medical...they juz ask them to work twice weekly...n d supervisor usually ignore d student....so charm...
ya according to one of my friends from Tawakal Hospital, their supervisors ask her to sweep the floor. the other one also from the same hospital, the supervisors asked him to do those dirty jobs like cleaning the urine containers, dispose the blood tubes, and wash organs (including infected ones.. u knoe la.. some got syphilis one.. very gross !)
im not discriminating against the cleaning la. but i tot we all go training is to learn the techniques in doing examinations and tests ! they should hire someone else to just do the cleanings la..
ya my frens told me they actually go to the workplace 3 times per week. and the most they do is stand there like a fool. and the supervisors really treat them like invisible lo ! very charm indeed !
and the worst time is when it comes to packing for courier (samples need to be couriered to HQ for main diagnosis.. as some lab just do some basic tests.. some samples even sent to Austrialia or other countries cos there the technology better -_-||)... then stand there is like being in the middle of the way blocking everyone.. like stupid la..
haih.. i think the only time u will enjoy is when u r permanent employee

haha.. to me. if u enjoy running tests and exams on human samples especially blood.. and deal with the machines.. u will feel excited.. cus everything u see is new ma.. for me i enjoy haha!
well, ppl say work in lab is boring cus do everything same everyday.. but if think again.. u get to be skillful at those machines and the techniques after a few mths.. and i think i enjoy being professional.. cus u able to produce report and knoe wat happen to this person after running the tests.. at least u knoe the current 'sickness fashion'.. haha!
to me the most exciting thing was examinations under microscope.. ur eyes get tired after looking for abnormal blood cells and foreign viruses and bacterias (like the malaria pathogen for example).. but at least u get to know more things about the abnormal things.. and can finally feel contented cus u r the one who make the conclusion that this patient is not gonna be alright or gonna be alive..
if think of medical perspective, is good, cus u seerve the community in a great way :-)
so to me, is not boring. i rather think it as a way for me to get skillful at something not many people can do. and ppl look at u in difren way one, believe me :-)
assunta hospital ah.. hmm.. i don have any frens going there.. maybe no one apply.. haha
our lecturer apply 4 us punya....all spoon fed...haha...
as for d new stuff...ya, i do enjoy learning something new...but i know i surely get bored after i run through d routine, tones times..
same goes during my work @ a lawyer firm...initially, i was so excited until i went to study law degree...but after 1/2 yr..i get bored wit d job n finally end of d yr, i quit d job...n stop d studies oso...
n my family got mad @ me...get terribly scolded....

goood la u like to do something new.. soon after u start hands on.. u will know that anything u study in uni.. are just basic concepts.. is total difrens when working :-)
one fun thing abt doing lab works is that u not only repeeat the whole thing everyday everytimes.. but also must use brain to think.. think is this correct? y this patient got this abnormal ? haha..
ahaha.. law.. i tot of law before also.. maybe cos influence from debate gua... haha! i got fren study law in kemayan also.. say most is paperwork and after grad, go lawyer firm find work. the boss ask him give 10 reasons y study law and work there.. -_-|| ad the salary just rm600...

actually. good also la u switch direction after find out that u don like wat u do.. don need to waste anymore money and time ma..
i oso study law @ kemayan....for about 1/2 yr onli b4 i gv up...
n when i work @ law firm...my salary is RM1000.....
but when i work @ mid valley as promoter... my salary is Rm1300
icic... ahaha..all needs memorising rite? with all the acts and laws of the senates and houses ho..
hmmm...certainly the difference in pay is quite big..
